November summary
Launching Patreon and traveling to Iceland
I can’t believe that it’s been more than two months since I last wrote here. I don’t know why actually. Maybe I just had too many different projects and personal matters piling up. Maybe my mind was too crowded to write something interesting. Though I did have a post written, but I just never hit publish. So here’s a little summary of what’s been going on at that time in my studio.
In October I took part in Peachtober on Instagram. I managed to accomplish all 31 prompts - this year I decided to make them in my sketchbook. Of course it was a great excuse to start a new one! :)
November was very busy for me! First of all - I launched my Patreon!! 🎉 It was my dream for a very long time and I regret that I delayed it for so long.
I wanted to make some products with my artworks that I could offer you. And since shop with physical items for now is not an option for me, I could at least give you this. I poured my heart out into this project and there are great rewards coming in upcoming months. 👀
There are 4 different tiers you can join and each of them has something special. ✨
For the very first rewards I’ve designed:
A slug themed wallpapers
I wanted to capture the end of this autumn with this little slug, which I made for this year’s Peachtober. When I was painting him, I had a lot of resistance – in reality, slugs disgust me, so I didn’t want to make him at all. But then it turned out that slugs that are cute and a bit alien-like are much more likeable than the real, slimy ones. And that’s how he ended up on a wallpaper. :)
Alfred paper doll
I really wanted to create some artworks and fun diy projects for kids. That’s why I created a Tiny Tales tier - for parents who are looking for activities, paper toys, or DIY decorations that they can make together while spending quality time off-screen.
For November reward I created my first paper doll. It of course had to be Alfred! It meant so much to me to make him more alive. You have already read about him few times in my newsletter. This time he put on his autumn outfit and set off on a new adventure! What kind of adventure? That’s up to your little one. :)
Printable to-do list
For this month reward from Printable Club I decided to design a to-do list that could be used in both physical and digital form. I don’t know how about you, but especially in autumn and winter I love making lists. All kinds of them! Books to read, presents to buy, groceries, goals for upcoming year.. you name it.
In addition, every week I share exclusive behind-the-scenes content, projects I’m working on, etc. This week I’ll post a sketchbook tour - last week I finished another one. 📕
All of the rewards for November are available only until Sunday. Next week I’ll publish rewards for December - after that November printable rewards won’t be available to download. If you’d like to grab a copy for yourself (or just join my Patreon for exclusive behind the scenes, wallpapers and more) - here’s the link. Hope my artworks will bring you as much joy as I had creating them.
In November I managed to fulfil my another dream - visiting Iceland. It was so incredibly amazing that I still can’t believe I was really there. I was thinking that maybe I could write a separate post about it - would you be interested?

That’s it for today. Will write to you soon,
Karolina
P. S. I’m still getting used to short days and waking up in the dark. Do you know any tricks that can help you get used to such long-lasting darkness?

Yes to an Iceland post!
Yes to Iceland!!!!
